  • Hawaii State GET

    Hawaii has a State General Excise Tax that must be paid on rent received from tenants. We can do that for owners if owners elect for us to do it. We take it out of rent each month and hold it in escrow until the bills are due. Normally July for January to June and Jan for July to December and we also file the annual reconciliation form as required.
