Are you interested in being a One Team Realty Vendor? Do you have the skills of communication and do you do quality work?


We would love to meet you and talk about adding you to our team!


Our Process:

  1. We pay vendors on Mondays in most cases. So if we get your invoice by Friday, your payment will go out on Monday. We pay by bank ACH, So you would need to provide your routing and account information. (We can't pull money out). We do not pay in cash.
  2. What is the name of your company?
  3. Do you have insurance?
  4. Do you have or are you required to have workers comp insurance?
  5. What type of work do you do?
  6. What are you rates? (We pay for quality work and we only want quality workmanship)
  7. Do you have a business license or GET License for Hawaii?
  8. Provide a W9 for your company. We will send a 1099 each year of you do work over $600 throughout the year.
  9. We strive to have at least 3 vendors per company type. (Plumbers, electricians, handyman etc)
  10. We will pay for quality work but expect realistic prices. Quality work should be quality prices.


Our Expectations:

  1. We email / text you a work order via our system, AppFolio.
  2. We expect you to contact the tenant within 24 hours. Not including holidays or Sundays.
  3. Schedule a time to visit the work site and inform One Team Realty of the schedule.
  4. If you set a time/date to meet the tenant, we expect you to show up. If you can't show up we expect you to notify the tenants before the scheduled visit. We understand that things happen.
  5. Do quality work and clean up your work site once done.
  6. Submit a completed work order invoice with a invoice number on it in a timely manner, (the sooner you submit - the sooner you get paid)
