Referrals - Helping the Community

As a local business we should not only strive to make our company or organization better, but we should strive to make our community better. A better community benefits a lot more people than one company.

How can we do this? We can get to know as many other business’s as possible, we can support their business with referrals and testimonials. Just by telling someone, “Hey you like burgers, this place has the best burgers I’ve had on island.” That may drive biasness to it and that business and family both benefit from you taking the time to share your knowledge.

Here are my recommendation for this post. I deal with a lot of different maintenance related issues with the homes I manage. One of those are odors. Carpet odors mainly, but odors in general. I’ve tried a lot of different products.

He is a product that is made for car detailers. It removes odors form carpets. It is activated by the air, just spray it on and let it dry. No need to whip it up. It may take a few tries but it has worked for me. It is called Bio-Zyme.

I got it at Auto Chem Systems in Kapolei. They mainly deal with business but are open on Wednesday and Saturday to the public from 9 AM to 1 PM. The website is www.acshawaii.shop. I also got a few other products from them. One to clean red dirt off of vinyl fences called Wheel Acid. It is a heavy-duty acid wheel cleaner. Jr said fence companies buy it all the time. He can give you the instructions on how to apply it, spray from the bottom and go up, etc. Wear gloves for this one.



Last thing, and I didn’t think this would work but I can attest it did. I just put new carpet in my home. Somehow, and we have not figured it out yet, a red stain got on the carpet in a few areas. We got this, sprayed it on, whipped it off and then ran a steam cleaner over it. After it dried, the stain was gone. I did this a few times and it worked. It is called, Technicians Choice, Heavy Duty Carpet Stain Remover.
