Welcome to One Team Realty new Broker in Charge!

Aloha,

I wanted to take the time to introduce a new Broker in Charge that has joined One Team Realty, LLC. It gives me great pleasure to welcome Alex Hand to the One Team Realty Ohana. 

Alex comes to One Team Realty from Coldwell Banker Realty where he served as a sales associate since 2019. Before that he worked with Associa Hawaii where he served in Property Management and Association Management services representing condominiums, home-owner associations, and privately-owned long-term rentals throughout the Hawaiian Islands.
 
Alex is a certified personal trainer and is a 4th degree black bet and certified Taekwondo Instructor and is a 3rd degree black belt graduate in mixed marital arts.

Alex has helped homeowners, buyers, investors, and tenants reach their real estate goals for over 20 years. As a real estate professional and a Broker in Charge with One Team Realty, LLC in beautiful Hawaii’i, Alex brings drive and motivation to help his clients achieve their real estate success. He is skilled in proactively addressing and responding to owner and tenant issues. 
 
Alex earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice at the University of South Alabama and has received many coveted and prestigious designations, including Military Relocation Professional as well as Certified Residential Specialist.
 
Alex has had the pleasure of successfully assisting local, national, and multi-national clients in the active Hawai’i real estate market. He lives in Hawaii Kai where he enjoys working out, martial arts training, and spending time with his family, friends, and his adopted dog Lolita.
