Does your Property Management Company charge for repairs? It is legal and is a common practice. Some will even hide it from owners.

If you have to hide it, can it be the right thing to do? Yes it may be legal but why hide it?

I have a mark up for repairs. I charge what the vendor charges plus 10% up to $50. Some PM Co have hidden fees. Make sure you ask your PM company if they have any hidden charges.
